The Village

This project focuses on the design to integrate independent living units (ILU), an aged care model, into the community. The key idea of the project is to enrich the life of the residents and the community through interactions. Residential, community and commercial spaces are utilised to create opportunities for interaction between the residents and the community. Furthermore, nature is another focal point to connect and enrich the resident's life.
