Hall of Democracy

The main definition of Democracy is a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives. Australia is a representative democracy. In this political system, eligible people vote for candidates to carry out the business of governing on their behalf. Australia’s system of government—its institutions and practices—reflect British and North American traditions combined in a way that is uniquely Australian. Which means that the people of Australia are given the opportunity to understanding though knowledge, education, present the voice of public opinion to decide their future, in a legal way. Therefore, the main keywords of the definition of democracy area freedom, knowledge and CHOICE. People have freedom to learn and know knowledge, understand the knowledge as a necessary information to have choice and a preparation to decide their future. The Main keyword CHOICE can be separated in to three part, which are PAST-INFORMATION-DECIDE OUR FUTURE. The Hall of Democracy is presenting this definition from deign, structure, landscape and accessibility. The whole building is separating in three parts, which is match with the keywords, past, information and future.
