Architecture - Masters
The brief is to design a building that incorporates aspects of aged care while addressing the optimization of renewable energy. Keep in mind Bolton Clarke's background as the client and people aged 65+ interest as the primary user; the design addresses health, independence, and well-being by implementing nine points salutogenic architectural ecosystem throughout the design proposal. A place to live, a place to play, and a place to learn are keywords that depict this project and keywords that group the spatial functionalities of the building. The site itself is located in the existing Bolton Clarke Fernhill facility, and this project will be proposed for stage two of the overall complex development.
