Fernhill Independent Living Apartments

This project fundamentally explores the possibility of integrating independent retirement living with the wider community of Caboolture and its existing retirement typologies. This design integrates the concept of creating neighbourhood clusters of apartments for ageing residents, whilst also integrating design principles such as Biophilic, Salutogenic and Eudemonic design for the improvement of both the mental and physical wellbeing of its residents and the wider community.
