The Kawana Waters Gateway is a beacon towards Kawana’s Main Drive, attracting locals and tourists alike, using its charming urban presence. The fluted concrete façade captures the essence of the Sunshine Coast values by playfully integrating sunlight into the design of the mixed-use Gateway.
